Our Demands

  • Empower the leadership of impacted Black womxn, trans, non-binary people, as well as encouraging those directly impacted in our communities to become leaders and organizers on their own issues.
  • Release all political prisoners and provide them the proper resources and tools for successful reentry into the community. 
  • Heal generational trauma of impacted womxn, trans, and non-binary people through healing justice and therapeutic support.  
  • Release all mothers and caregivers, trans and non-binary, from county jails and connect parents to education, life skills, and employment.
  • Ensure children are supported and reunified with their parents after re-entry. 
  • Release all vulnerable, immunocompromised, including pregnant women, and elderly people in county jails
  •  End solitary confinement for all vulnerable populations including trans, non-binary, and pregnant womxn. 
  • Provide free and unlimited menstrual hygiene items to incarcerated womxn, trans and youth as well as removing all luxury tax from menstrual hygiene products in Pennsylvania. 
  • End the school to prison pipeline by demilitarizing schools, divesting from police, investing in school counselors, and comprehensive sex education.
  • End the use of cash bail to detain people.
  • Reparations for all former slaves in America
  • Release all mothers and caregivers in county jails and provide sustainable housing, employment, and therapeutic support for those released.
  • Decriminalize sex work.
